Looking back on a week on the water with @kjakreizen, this time in Sweden 🇸🇪🛶

We peddled through the rain for 10 hours straight on the first day, with pretty intense portages over muddy, steep and rocky trails. Fortunately we found a cosy shelter where we were able to dry all our clothes. 🙏 The next days were a mixture of sunny summer vibes and cold Scandinavian showers, and of course lots of good food and hammock chillings.

Not everything went according to plan, but I’m trying to embrace all of those things and I’m definitely looking back on a week full of unforgettable moments. Can’t wait to start editing my photos! 🥰

I've kicked off my summer adventures with a hitchhiking trip to the Pyrenees with the boyfriend, then took the train to Chamonix for @bevernl, drove back to the Netherlands to try out all the vegan food at @dtrh_festival, finished my bachelors thesis in the meantime, and now I'm canoeing in Sweden for @kjakreizen. ⁠

My life has changed a lot in the last few years and it hasn’t been without any hurdles, so I’m incredibly grateful for the amazing people, adventures and opportunities in my life right now! 🙏
